New reviews of Margin Call & Moneyball
When I think back
On all the crap I learned in high school
It’s a wonder
I can think at all
And though my lack of education

I can read the writing on the wall
Big day for the home of the Academy Awards: Kodak Theatre may be no more. From Reuters:
Since the Academy Awards moved to the Kodak Theater at Hollywood & Highland a decade ago, the company’s name has been synonymous with the Academy Awards.
That could soon change. On Wednesday, the company asked a U.S. bankruptcy court judge to allow it to get out of its $75 million naming rights deal with the real estate company behind the complex.
Where will this year’s ceremony be held? 6801 Hollywood Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90028 is the plan, but all is changing very fast. More details? http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/02/01/idUS42070220820120201

I’m taking this week off work to prepare for the Oscars – literally every piece of furniture in our house moves. After a day of preparing for the (shock! horror!) of rain during arrivals, I declare we are 75% ready in the room with the bar, 100% in the back porch and 100% in Henry’s room.
Then I took some time to complete a review of True Grit. Add your comments! This was a difficult movie to review.
Looking forward to Sunday!
